MULTIBANCO: After ordering, the user has 4 days to make the payment at an ATM / Homebanking, using the information provided upon confirmation of the order (entity / reference / value). If after 10 days the payment is not done the order will be canceled.
PAYPAL: When this payment method is selected the user will be redirected to PayPal page to complete the transaction. When the account is not open, create one for free. All purchases will be charged in EUR.
Note: With PayPal payment the charging address previously chosen is ignored because only the address registered in PayPal account may be used for this purpose.
Delivery costs depend on the product category and type of delivery chosen. Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer during the buying process by transport companies.
All items are delivered in safe containers. In case of external damage on the product packaging, the customer must report the defect to the carrier at the time of delivery, also referring to the damage in the proof of delivery document.
